Do you restock sold out products?
francesca’s® strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online, then the online store is out of stock. You may contact your nearest boutique to see if the item is still available at the store.

I don’t see an order that I placed, what do I do?

Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States
francesca’s® does not ship to the following destinations: Alaska and Hawaii, International, and U.S. Territories.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You may also track your order here. Please note: Orders placed after 11:00am on any business day will have one additional transit day.

How do I track my Ship to Boutique order?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. Once your package has arrived to the boutique, the boutique will email you to pick up your order.

PayPal orders can currently be returned in a boutique for merchandise credit only.
